Understand first, that this paper was published in 2015, before the Havana Incident! It was also 4 years after our targeted representatives were finally able to surface from the unbridled, psychopathic, hellfire we were enduring, while they appeared at the 2011 Presidential Committee on Bioethics! It is vitally important to note those targets present were inescapably integrated into the war machine via AI via all avenues like IoT, IoB, IoMT, aka IoEE. In other words, they were being attacked incessantly, even as they stood to testify before the committee! Meanwhile, countless of us were enduring the same inescapable assaults in elaborate AR/VR, trauma-based torture and destruction inside our homes and everywhere we went. THAT CONTINUES TODAY more than two decades into illegal secrecy and cover-ups.
Apparently, the FBI and DHS thought that they could take advantage of it as truth serum and to "predict" criminal behavior! Well, that obviously blew up in their faces. Like wise they drew in an unwitting local law enforcement across the nation via Fusion Centers. Nevertheless, despite the eventual acknowledgements of their own subjections to attacks, worse had befallen everything sacred in society. That extraordinary illegal secrecy, the treasonous breach of trust and our established laws became the new protocol at the DOJ, FBI and DHS for cover-ups.
This paper which references exact studies and experiments was also before the Los Alamos Lab's, 20 year Air Force officer, Mary Lou Robinson contradicted the lies of the FBI and leadership that these weapons were mysterious and anomalous! This headsup paper was also more than a decade into the unimaginable onslaughts upon an unwary society. The roll out or advent of proliferation, after decades of precedent illegal experimentations upon the citizenry to advance weaponizations was sold as the remedy to terrorism, and crime. The evidenced facts of that treasonous abuse here and in allied nations is also provided in the overview. The technology and programs have been reported by insider whistleblowers for decades! These are simply researchers. Why they all always leave out the whistleblowers, I'll never understand. This is just one of many research papers on one, albeit, a crucial and vital part of clandestine 5th generation warfare. It is set away from the mass of technologies coalesced and utilized to focus solely on reading and manipulating the human mind, physically. It is the crux of cybernetic warfare for subjugation through physical alterations via variant quantum physics syntheses( deep surveillance and EMF weapons ).
What this paper discusses are the inherent and obvious problems with the sale of mind reading and brain alterations as remedy. Despite the unending bullshit given to so-called "dual use" accommodations, there is no such dilemma or excuse. The boundaries and distinctions are quite clear in every regard. As late to the sick game as they were, this paper is from conscionable and serious academics who gathered the information from the observation of different research. This paper was published one year before Giordano and company's White Paper in 2016. The mass of direct evidence and additional aspects( long prior to this paper ) are extraordinary. The reason that I bring up the totality with this narrowly focused paper is because they missed it somehow; despite all of the available conferences, papers and even books that hands-on and hands-in expert insider whistleblowers had already made widely available and public; especially in these circles! However, unprecedented human disconnectivity is the forte of clandestine 5th generation warfare; even when the cognitive facilities of researchers seem highly functioning. It was literally under their noses all along!
This 2015 paper brings up very important involvements and factual implications, but misses all of the details and doesn't even realize that the advent of a covert and coalesced WW 3.0( Alex Gibney's coin, remember the secret Nitro Zues program? ) had already been engaged for more than a decade. The paper simply punches big holes in the bullshit sale of cognitive invasion and behavioral alterations, as remedy. The most advanced aspects of the coalescences have all been weaponized. And like all top tier technology, it is essentially set decades ahead of the ludicruos commercial promises of miracles.
As you read this selected accompaniment that casts a truer light on Giordano’s BS White Paper, there are very important take aways. It is a very short and concise paper so it won't take you long to read it once or twice. There is a great deal to be garnered from its compacted reveals. And please note, as they talk about causation as psychological, social, cultural, etc, remember the imperialistic agendas waged by the CIA, military, and leadership! They work even through the UN and USAID. The coups wage abound undeniably. True causation always seems to elude their pinnings! How could such animus exist against the USA that would assure terrorist retaliations? 👀 OH, I WONDER! Disillusionments are vital! This requires full public transparency. Many do work earnestly for the good in these organizations, none the wiser until its always too late.

Understand that what that quote means in the overriding technology engaged with weaponizations in clandestine 5th generation warfare is exponentially worse and more effective than the fears they example and rightfully acknowledge in the paper.

That quote is a particular doozy! It puts that joke of a law professor Nita Farahany smack in the middle at least 3 years prior to the 2011 Presidential Committee on Bioethics! That woman who they dare refer to as "Honorable," like every other unworthy complicit was actually on the panel of the 2011 Presidential Committee on Bioethics, also!
Most of us never realized that out here, until well afterwards. For some idiotic reason she thought she would finally step up in 2023 from Duke University, as if she'd no idea what had been ongoing! She is another lying fool with "ethics" props spackled upon her title! It's pure disgusting propaganda and garbage!
My intial reaction was trust, as usual! She popped out of Duke University in 2023 as if some clueless wit who had just dawned upon something new! That was more than a decade after the 2011 committee she sat on the panel of, and listened to the representatives of incalculable thousands terrorized, raped and utterly destroyed or already dead for the experiments of total domination, subjugation and the abilities to commit and cover-up any horrific predation with secrecy and "plausible deniability!"
I immediately contacted her not knowing better initially. That woman is completely full of shit! But she's out their like some champion of ethics like James Giordano! My depiction of him as a satyr is facetious. His wanton indulgences are synthetic!
Folks, big tech had already long mastered accurate predictions via data-mining and the obliteration of all privacy with those algorithms alone! But Nita popped up pretending the biggest threat was suddenly privacy! She knew that Duke University had a patent for reading minds with AI. I have gotten wind of it all generally. Many have come forward there from various institutions with evidence of barbaric methodologies called treatment. In the USA, Dr Colin Ross exposed the horrors in US institutions, all helmed and controlled by the CIA. Because people like me endure such intense, multileveled and coalesced assaults, I have to focus on what is engaged and advancing today. Articulating is very difficult, as you may be able to imagine. This has entered directly into society in modernity, unlimited. Clandestine 5th generation warfare utilizes automated weapons systems. Each of us is defenseless. It coalescences all precedent research, all sciences, digitization, all data, and of course true, sophisticated, mind controll weapons are the golden goose at the crux these days. The quantum sphere was the last bastion and provides infinite vulnerabilities for exploitation at that scale. Because we're are actually in covert WW, this demands our focus. Like so many millions, I too was born into an abusive home handed down from generations. I have found that after finally breaking away, and eventually resolving my self-destructive causations, that it is not as much complicated as it is important to make distinctions regarding the dark triad. Once people are irreparable, I don't care where they come from, including or especially family. I've found that the proofs are constantly self-evident. As impactful as generations of oppression, abuses, and various sick control methods have been, we can recognize them and stop this horror with full transparency and the solution. We are the many; not they. Even in my shoes, betrayed from all directions, I am certain of that. Only forced deception and implementations of disconnectivity and conflict depict a otherwise. The original cover story was that it was set up to undergo research into shell shock in homecoming soldiers after WW1. Within this remit many inhumane experiments were undertaken and as the decades passed research has since been state funded for social control psychological experiments. Northern Ireland’s British military counterinsurgency conflict Operation Banner (1969-2007) was deeply involved in the experimental deployment of mass Psyops and sexualised violence on an isolated but ethnically homogenous population to see how well such techniques worked in a controlled real life situation. The dire personal and social costs continue to destroy it’s society. So my entire life has been structured by these ‘hidden’ state power abuses and directed by my need to fully understand the true complexities informing my and my family’s embedded self destructive patterns and generational suffering.
