This next video conference was done to explain some of the neuroweapons to layman or non-scientific people in the population in a very brief overview. It does, however, get specifically very scientific in a way that you can grasp. They extend in detail far beyond this and his books and other conferences help to detail far more. A precious young woman and fellow advocate among scores of victims requested it, many years ago. All of the vital surfaces have been covered up along the way. Robert discusses CBI( computer brain interfaces ) and Hive Mind. He explains why these neuroweapons are worse than nuclear weapons. These weapons not only create deep divisions, chaos, fear, anger, despondency, sexual exploits, etc, but also "Manchurian Candidates" and "shooters," as he states. He discusses various voice to skull, aka v2k. As this is an old and very brief conference, his other disclosures get into synthetic telepathy aspects moreso, causing disease, etc, elsewhere. He discusses bypassing and overriding the senses, no touch torture for programing the brain and programing. Listen to how he divulges a world wide system using the Earth’s magnetosphere. He says he cannot talk about it but does elsewhere with reveals about HAARP and more advanced tech since( our large terrestrial telescopes, satellites direct trans, etc ).
Encrypted neural speech is used interactively with CBI for torture, deception, and inescapable traps that artificially alter and move the people around concentrated targets, also. That is the power and control capabilities with the extraordinary arrays of vectors and matrices within weaponized top tier AI, as it overrides and coalescences all inferior AI. Listen to him explain how behavior modifications are not just one influence forced. IE: Emotional alterations are added to tactical and deceptive thought pattern changes( hate this person, group, or nation ). It goes way beyond that in tandem, including the virtual digital sphere displays and transfers( monitors, TVs, speakers, smart devices, vehicles, anything artificial like LED lighting, displays( even display screens on gas pumps, billboards, etc. ) Her presentation glitches and pauses about minute marker 28:00. The rest is her perception of experiences from early childhood.
Make no mistake, however, the "perceptions" of "aliens," and other beings is false and a part of these elaborate thought equations and emotional and senses takeovers. That is a no-brainer normally, and of course specifically called out by Robert Duncan as false also in other discussions. That dupe has been going on for many decades with the whole UFO scam to cover operations, but also to hide darker activities with actual human abductions, rape, psychological warps, etc. Every unwitting citizen simply writes them off as crazy or becomes and alien enthusiast seeking the ET conspiracies. Many military and civilian government service members were exposed to assist the "beliefs."
Even today we have some who will swear they know about aliens. demons, etc. It is false, but engrained nevertheless because they didn't have the ability to shun the alterations of their thoughts, sense, emotions, dream states, subconscious, environment, "beliefs, "and any actual props for their individualized theater. Each victim whether government or not is profiled and their vulnerabilities exploited. In clandestine 5th generation warfare, it's far more involved beyond the attempts at "alien" attributions. So scenarios inflicted are far more believable and integrate an expanse of compromises individually.
Do not misunderstand what he means when he says these weapons are applied with minimal damage. He means they can not be seen; except for the results. Those are misinterpreted by observers as crazy, or as some neurological disease onset or loss of equilibrium, hearing, vision, etc. It goes far beyond that damage, but can only be validated by informed physicians with tertiary facilities and the available proofs in research. That includes dead and dying neural fibers in the cerebral cortex, blood brain barrier destruction, vestibular area destruction, etc! So, the damage for concentrated targeted individuals is horrific, just not observable by uninformed doctors.
Robert Duncan, like each of our actual insider whistleblowers was a true advocate for human rights; rather than the ridiculous, slick, fast talkers like James Giordano who molds his disclosures for impunity, maintains his security clearance, and has been spackled with all kinds of bogus "ethics" titles. Likewise, that joke of a law professor at Duke University, Nita Farahany who was a boardmember at the 2011, Presidental Committee on Bioethics, where our representatives first successfully made official statements! There was never some psychogenic panic! That an enormous lie by Giordano still today. None of us knew the extraordinary details of the technology, but we knew it was artificial and eventually EMF. That committee came almost a decade into attacks upon the population. We were 100% blindsided and did not know of each other or WTF was what! It took years to piece anything together and to find one another. The Havana Incident was years later! There is no such thing as Havana Syndrome! That is government propaganda because the could not silence the Cuban diplomats! They just keep the cover-ups going. They even ran over the UN investigation results under Trump’s first term.
Robert mentioned Duke as one developing these techniques with monkeys. Years later, Nita Farahany idiotically came forward as if suddenly concerned about AI's various methods of reading minds because of privacy concerns. 👀( what's in her closet for blackmail ? ) Duke has also patented one verion of mind-reading, besides many other universities who do these projects ). Nita has been a part of cover-ups since at least 2011, and probably long prior. What else would an attorney be doing in such an illegal involvements? She sure as hell is not a scientist! The clandestine war rages on.
In fact, the entirety of the DOJ is still obstructing, using all manner of malfeasance, and covering this up, in tandem with the Executive on down! That includes Joyce Vance and company, and your political party affiliation makes absolutely no difference! The overt spectacle of Trump is a super easy hide behind, and understandably most on the left can not imagine what has been locked tight underneath by all parties, since the end of WWI, in illegal secrecy. That is why we are here in a multi-front clandestine hell today. Every psycho developer and purveyor is given impunity in darks operations. If you recall, even CIA Director Dulles and Sidney Gottlieb of MKUltra's early horrors were given impunity; despite the public reveal of some torture, murder, and various predations upon an unwitting population. This now includes a vast array integrated and called accidents, disease, suicides, brutal rapes, murders, terrorism acts like vehicular homicide, mass murders, etc, under false attributions with plausible deniability. That can only happen at this level in obstructions and cover-ups!
